Create developer index #237

Once #235 is finished. Automatically create a page of developers sorted alphabetically with the number of games and links to the games). Maybe also keep this page to add additional details of the developer (so we do not have to give the full signature every time)

link to the profile pages automatically

There could be two developers with the same name, but still they are different persons. How to distinguish them?

By the signature somehow.

It would be nice if we could determine the time when a developer was active on a project. For the project using Git that is probably possible, otherwise for inactive projects we would have at least an end date.

A first step is done in a8012ee2fd10cad0773b88fb4d3f6e1528740832. What is missing is having information that is persistent as well as linking back to the games.

I need to be ab le to read and write the developer index without loss. Currently I can only write. #247 needs to be done before.

I can read and write the developer index now. However, it's not fully implemented yet. I will close when it's fully implemented.
