It seems the MAME license is simply a GPLv2 license (https://docs.mamedev.org/license.html). There are two entries marked with the MAME license (Visual Pinball and Cannonball). Maybe MAME could be replaced by GPLv2 then to simplify the situation. (Keep MAME as explanation in parentheses though).
