redirect urde to ../metaforce.md #269

the urde link was broken because it was attempting to redirect to urde.md, which was renamed. I'd also rename the link to Metaforce

Thanks for PR, but such a change is not needed. These files have been auto-created from the content. As for the static website output, I'll fix it in the future (it will still point at urde, not Metaforce, but I'm aware of it).
