@mdtrooper Thanks. I added http://www.sourceforge.net/projects/stratagus as former address to the Stratagus entry and marked that url here as checked. If you want you can just continue with other links.

https://sourceforge.net/projects/solarconflict/ is GPL2. It is:

a game similar to Ogame or other PHP games.
in PHP4 or PHP5.
dead since 2006.
not in one code repository. I has only a zip file uploaded.

And I could not run it under a lamp docker container, I don't know if it runs or not.
