Just looking at some screenshots of 0 A.D., I thought that the graphics engine could be a nice element of other games (role playing, adventure, ...). So maybe, one could think dividing good open source games into cool elements and assemble them together in a new way (kind of remixing) and just replacing other elements of other open source games with some of these better elements (kind of mixing in). Open source woud mostly allow it (except for license incompatibilities).
The remixing potential has not yet been fully eploited there. Everyone with an overview (and with the help of this list) could probably make some proposals.
