The keyword system is relatively flexible. There is already a "for kids"-tag that's used in 19 cases and "for adults"-tag that's used in only 1 case (a visual novel). Just use this.
There wasn't much need so far. And I wouldn't want erotic games to be a major focus of this list, but if they are notable, why not. They are simply tagged with the "for adults" tag and in the web output they should be additionally displayed with a symbol and I wouldn't show screenshots with explicit content.
Thank you! That answers the question :)
I see that current list doesn't handle games meant for adult audience in a special way and there isn't an appropriate category/tag. If you would prefer to maintain the list in a "safe for work" state, it might be good to add this to contribution rules. Or maybe such category and appropriate (automated?) content warning exists or can be easily added, just there was no need yet? Background: This week I've made a simple Free and Open Source (GPLv3) game that contains some relatively soft but still mature content that isn't suitable for a wide audience (cartoon nudity, mildly suggestive themes). I wonder if it's possible to add it, or better to avoid anything like that.
