Add Beyond All Reason #373

This is a GPL2 SpringRTS game comparable to Zero-K. I have read the contributing guidelines and have observed a request for at least beta status game. BAR is currently in alpha but it is very playable with functioning single and multiplayer. No wikipedia page yet so I have linked to the total annihilation fandom wiki instead.

Thanks for the addition. Unfortunately I don't have an "alpha" category because there are too many game projects in alpha state. I would regard BARalpha more like beta (according to my definition). Maybe beta needs to be renamed in something like playable. It's difficult to find a good word for it.
