Adding 'belote' card game #383

Hello,

I'm the author of a card game called 'Belote' (popular game in France and probably some other west-european contries). It can be played 'out of the box' but the idea is also to allow people (eg. students ...) to code their own bot algorithms in a simple way, as plugins.

Please consider adding this game to your site.

Thanks for the addition. Good luck with your project. I didn't know belote but some similar card games.
