Update docker image references & repository links #100

We now have a docker image on dockerhub. This updates the old image references to our new one.

This also updates documentation references from the old zadam repository to our new repositories (notes/docs).

Thanks @Alumniminium I'm going to go ahead and merge this into the initial review branch, but I would also like to merge our current progress of the initial review branch into the main branch, so it is "live" when we release the official first public release soon. ( Before this project is finished.)

Sounds good to me, go ahead and merge it into master, we will still continue working in the initial-review branch until all issues are closed though.
