Organize initial review project

We need to break down the documentation into sections to be added as issues that go into the Initial review project.

Create individual issues for each section of the documentation, and add the initial-review label to add it to the project.

If you're taking that section on yourself, go ahead and assign it, create a branch for it, and move it into the In progress column in the project,

If you're not taking that on, add the help wanted label.

This is pretty much done as @meichthys imported all the issues needed - but I will add the TOC and create a branch for merging the reviews, and then mark this as completed afterwards to signal we can start merging
