Update translations of the README file #239

I was recently working on #191 to update the README links so they would point to correct renamed files in the Docs repo. While I fixed the links in the README for all languages, I realized that there are some sections updated in the English version that need to be translate (e.g: "Why Trilium Next?", "Donations", etc)

I suppose it's not urgent, but it needs to be done at some point, and also I wanted to see if anyone in the organization speaks the relevant languages to do this (just a few sentences) - but also because it would be good to identify any org members that are proficient in the relevant languages - especially since we plan to eventually work on translations/localization for the actual application.

So sorry to tag @TriliumNext/everyone - but do we have anyone proficient in any of the languages we currently have README files for? That would be Japanese, Russian, Italian, Chinese.

I actually see that @Nriver has their own repo with a chinese translation (happened to accidentally see it as an AUR package).

I can eventually work on a pt-br translation too.

@root-hal9000 , good point about the Chinese translation. I've just opened a discussion regarding that topic here: https://github.com/orgs/TriliumNext/discussions/240

On my side I can only help with Romanian, but we don't have a README in that language yet. :D
