Upgraded to babel 7, babel loader 8, fortawesome 1.2, webpack 4 #120

Hi Mark, I updated the outdated packages, and updated the icons.js file to be compatible with the latest version of fortawesome. Everything is working as expected when I generate a new project using the template, and run it in debug/release.

If there's anything else that could use some serious love or updating feel free, and help is always super appreciated !! I need to spend some time to really get the VueCLI integrated in here as well, so we can always stay up to date!
