Setup Angular 2 app generator #27

Not sure if we should have this in a docker container or not, need to discuss. Otherwise should setup the basic Angular 2 starter app and have the ability for some customization.

Angular 2 starter app now has docker container. https://github.com/TrimAgency/angular-2-starter-template. Will begin incorporating into "htcht" workflow next investment time.
