Time Warp does not recognize Barrier formation unlock

Describe the bug When entering Time Warp in U1, the formation buttons will all be available except for Barrier. It appears if you click any of the buttons (including X while on X).

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Close game before unlocking Barrier Formation
2. Accrue enough Time Warp to pass the Barrier unlock
3. Observe that Barrier will not appear until one of the Formations is selected

Expected behavior Barrier Formation is visible in Time Warp without any prerequisite input.
