Liquification Setting Toggle won't turn off liquification in U2 #220

Describe the bug In universe 2, the liquification off setting doesn't disable liquification.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to U2
  2. Click on Settings
  3. Type Liquification in the settings search bar
  4. Turn Liquification Off
  5. Liquification stays on

Expected behavior Liquification should turn off in U2 like it does in U1 when the setting is changed.
