When Hiding (completed) Achieves is active, the categories in the achieves menu do not adjust to account for missing space -- they only account for fully completed categories.

Achievement categories are dynamic and remain an appropriate height for all stages of completion.

Can't imagine a satisfactory alternative which would require less work.
