I keep forgetting to click the "Respec Mutators On Portal" button when I'm portalling. Then I'm stuck with the wrong mutators or have to wait 10 minutes to portal again. If I'm running a daily, the latter isn't an option.

I'd like for the "Respec Mutators On Portal" toggle to be on by default, either because it was on for the previous portal, or because I set the default state in the settings.
Describe alternatives you've considered
A confirmation pop-up when clicking Activate Portal, warning that Respec Mutators is off.

I recently reached z201+, and have 4 mutators.
Having the toggle on when you wanted it off is annoying (more so for more advanced players), but you just select your mutators again and you're good to go (though also see issue #104). In contrast, having the toggle off when you wanted it on can ruin your run.
