Describe the bug
Mutation seed count display on the Mutators tab isn't redrawn when changing the number format setting. (The format does get updated when the seed count changes.)
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Be in U2 and have some seeds (more than 100, probably)
Change the number format (Settings -> Layout -> first button)
Observe: most numbers are updated to the new format, but the seed count on the Mutators tab remains in the old format.
Expected behavior
All numbers on the screen, including the number on the Mutators tab, are updated to the new format.

Game Version (Web, v5.9.2)
