The next tier equipment can be unlocked early without raiding by using Blacksmithery or Watch(²)
To Reproduce
How to get equipment 10 levels above your zone without having to raid:
You must be at a world level where the next zone will have new equipment and the next zone will automatically give you the equipment because of blacksmithery. (I.E. next zone is XX1-XX5 and less than 90% of your max)
Near the end of the zone, go into maps and create a map that is for zone +1, preferably with prestigious mod. Enter that map and clear at least 1 cell (important), exit the map BEFORE you get to the equipment drops on this map.
Do not recycle the map, do not finish the map, just go back to the world and finish the current zone.
Blacksmithery gives you the equipment drops from the map. Go back to the map screen, continue your in-progress map and get the equipment prestige at the end.
The game will give you the NEXT prestige, as if you had raided zone+10.
Expected behavior
Completing the map would just give whatever equipment it can actually give, or even give nothing.
