Trapper can start with prefilled housing #237

I'm not ENTIRELY sure that this is a bug, but to my understanding this contradicts the challenge description about pre-filled housing and at least for where I'm at it probably makes it pointless to bother trapping in the trapping challenge.

any bonuses that cause housing to be prefilled with Trimps simply won't work.

here's my save which has just started the challenge and has 32.4e12 prefilled housing Trimps Save P700 Z1.txt

I asked about this in discord because I had no way of verifying myself whether this is correct behavior.

What I was told is that this is not a bug, because the initial 10 base amount isn't housing (and that it therefore isn't pre-filled housing when sci3 fills it). I... am not entirely convinced but if it's intentional it's intentional. It doesn't seem right to me. I'm leaving the issue open for someone better able to judge how it should be. And if the base 10 is an exception, maybe the description of Trapper should reflect that.
