Void Spec VMs spawn from the deaths of non-existent Bad Guys #247

Void Specialization I & II grant Void Maps to the player at 00:00:00:00 depending on the highest zone of their previous run. When they appear in the message log, however, they reference the death of a Bad Guy before the World cells are even visible. This will not do!

Perhaps it is best to sum the amount of Void Maps a player will start their portal with (from Void Spec, Scruffy, and more?) as X and print an initial message along the lines of "You find a heap/stack/pile/group of X Void Maps beside you!"
