Describe the bug
The hover-over boxes from Hazardous heirlooms extend off the top of the screen, rendering their names non-visible.
To reproduce:
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Open the Heirlooms menu
Hover over a Hazardous Heirloom in the Carried section
See error
Expected behavior
Hazardous Heirlooms' hover-boxes should display downwards, shrink, or otherwise remain completely visible to the player. This issue may exist with Enigmatic Heirlooms as well, but I am unable to test those cases.

Environment:
System Version: Windows 10
Game Version: 5.9.2 on Firefox
Additional context
The Hazardous Heirlooms extend downwards and remain visible when the game is run in fullscreen on Firefox. I assume this means there is simply not enough space to accommodate them in a normal browser game window.
