The Hub tooltip in U2 does not account for Collectology in its text and thus becomes incorrect after it is purchased.
A line such as "Two Hubs are being built per Collector, thanks to Collectology from Spire Assault!" would be more accurate;
This could be modified as "Because you have cleared 30/60/90... levels of Spire Assault, [x] Hubs are being built per Collector, thanks to Collectology from Spire Assault!" once those benchmarks have been reached.
Something to consider — since the last line of text is an imperative, rather than the resource cost to buy one Hub, it may read better when punctuated with a period. Additionally, it does not include Collectors as a way to build Hubs as the first line of text does.
