Accessibility: Map Settings Seems To Be Unreachable

Describe the bug There seems to be no way to reach the map settings button in the screen reader version of the game. I have tried to do so from within the map chamber, while the map is running, and neither was successful. Although the button is visible in the inspector, it does not appear on the page.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'https://trimps.github.io/ScreenReader'
2. Run a map and/or enter the map chamber
3. Try and find the configure map settings button using assistive technology like NVDA
4. Fail to do so

Expected behavior One should be able to configure the map settings as per usual.

This was fixed in the latest NVDA alpha. My apologies--it wasn't the game's fault.
