Review GPR and confidence level #9

Description

Basic model curation by reviewing GPR, confidence level, and metabolic reactions.

Solution

All the changes can be seen by comparing the files.

Sodium addition

Upon investigation of the genome annotation, sodium was added to the model. And several membrane bound, sodium translocating metabolic enzymes have been added as well.
