Default label offset should be cleaned up #16

Probably relative to size of the point, and if the point is displayed. Maybe have a displaypoint.

Also, label offsets that are outside the range are not displayed. This is perhaps valid, but when we look at Kwessi's original, did it happen?

Look at #37 while implementing this, might be easy to roll that in.
