Hi,

after following https://github.com/NCIP/ctat-mutations/wiki/CTAT-mutations-installation, by using docker i run RNA-seq data.

but it occurs error printing

unrecognized parameter name "genomeType" in input "genomeParameters.txt"

when i run star-fusion, this error does not occur.

so what is the point?

my CTAT genome lib is GRCh37_gencode_v19_CTAT_lib_Mar012021.plug-n-play.tar.gz and supplement is GRCh37.mutation_lib_supplement.Jul272020.tar.gz

Best regards

hi - the ctat mutations pipeline still needs to be upgraded to use the latest ctat genome lib - should happen later in August.

The latest release and ctat genome lib requirements are posted here: https://github.com/NCIP/ctat-mutations/releases

apologies for the inconvenience. We're aiming to synch things in the not too distant future.
