DB/SAI: Sen'jin Village Dancing Trolls #30017

Description

Allot more of the Troll NPC's in Sen'jin village should randomly play the dance emote. Currently only "Hai'zan" (3933),"Zansoa" (5942) and "Xar'Ti" (7953) are playing the emote and they are also doing it constantly, which is not correct.

All info is from Wrath Classic server.

SQL fix
