Victory screen linked to end of game. Known issues:
Buttons don't work on the victory screen. Probably a result of keeping the Player Event Systems loaded in. But that'd probably require too many changes
Players don't have unique icons loaded in and I am not sure where to pull these from. So the victory screen icons look kind of lame
