Annotation Summary to gtf/gff #28

Hi there,

I was wondering if there was a way to convert the output of the annotation summary to a gtf/gff file for downstream read mapping? It would be useful to include the combined results of trinotates annotations in an annotation file that is usable by read mapping software such as Hisat2 or Star.

Thanks, Austin

Hi Austin,

Not that I'm aware of. Others might have suggestions, though.
