problem with tmhmm #30

Hi

I have ran the folowing comman

tmhmm --short < Trinity.fasta.transdecoder.pep > tmhmm.out

and the output was TMHMM_4267 dir empty tmhmm.out file empty

it seems that the program is not doing anything but it does not gives me any error please help

Hi,

For tech support w/ tmhmm, I encourage you to follow up with the tmhmm support: http://www.cbs.dtu.dk/services/TMHMM/

You can skip it w/ Trinotate and add it later if you get it working.
