problems with Trinotate and sqlite #46

I'm trying to use the boilerplate build in Trinotate, but get this error message

Can't load '/opt/miniconda3/lib/site_perl/5.26.2/darwin-thread-multi-2level/auto/DBD/SQLite/SQLite.bundle' for module DBD::SQLite: dlopen(/opt/miniconda3/lib/site_perl/5.26.2/darwin-thread-multi-2level/auto/DBD/SQLite/SQLite.bundle, 1): Symbol not found: _sqlite3_version

I've installed DBD::SQLite, but that has not helped.

The Symbol not found: _sqlite3_version

error message suggests that the perl library DBD::SQLite, while already installed, might need to be rebuilt/reinstalled.
