No eggnog annotation in Trinotate report excel ! #61

I used trinotate to annotate a de novo transcriptome. In the final Trinotate report .xls results, kegg and GO have well appeared except the eggnog, I have 0 results in eggnog annotation results. The pfam and swissprot databases were generated according to the step "https://github.com/Trinotate/Trinotate.github.io/wiki/Software-installation-and-data-required#2-sequence-databases-required

hi,

I think you'll be better off using a different tool for eggnog annotations.
