[1.12.2] Right clicking with Vajra on dirt blocks creates path blocks instead of picking it up as intended #35

This doesn't seem to correlate to stuff like https://github.com/TinyModularThings/IC2Classic/issues/479 and is also just generally annoying in-game when trying to get rid of individual blocks.

Um i don't think you can actually make paths from dirt blocks in the vanilla game, i think this is caused by the dirt to path mod, i don't think I ever implemented any path code in my vajra, so i think it's caused by dirt to path. Edit: just confirmed, there is no path creation code
