Some improvements and formatting. #8

Hey,

Here you have some formatting and Gravitool behavior improvements. So now GraviTool will work only on blocks that Tool_Mode is able to interact with.

If this is not his business, GraviTool's mode won't do anything.

so basically it doesn't try to do anything if m is not hold down, except for block related stuff?

Yeah, that's right
