Cannot handle the output of the Fusion Reactor #1

Currently, there's no equivalent to the Supercondensator and Superconductor Wire in TechReborn, at least in the EU mode. To fix this, TechReborn needs to add the equivalents, and additionally EU support will need to be added to the cables.

Closing, since tech reborn is being replaced by gtc expansion, therefore there is no need for this.
