Currently, IC2 Classic requires its own cells in the Canning Machine, and there's currently no way to get around this, meaning there has to be a conversion recipe between TR and IC2C cells. However, it would be nice to avoid this.

Closing, since tech reborn is being replaced by gtc expansion, therefore there is no need for this.

Going to reopen this, cause i may add ic2c extras, which has it's own universal fluid cells coming in the next version
