I am receiving the below flash error when I to load the swf file on my
server. Can you maybe explain, what could be causing this error?

Error #2044: Unhandled IOErrorEvent:. text=Error #2032: Stream Error.
    at Webcam()

Thanks, Chris

I have never seen or heard of this error before. Do you get this error when
using
the JPEGCam test page?

http://bowser.macminicolo.net/~jhuckaby/jpegcam/

This seems like a Flash error when it tries to send the data to the server.
Are you
receiving the error AFTER you take a snapshot during upload, or are you
receiving the
error when the page first loads?

What browser and OS are you using?

I solved this error by updating the swf_url & shutter_url paths in the
webcam.js script.

Hi, i tried using the latest version of this great software and get the
following
error message:

Error: Movie is not loaded yet!

I have tried the test page on this website and it works fine the problem is it
just
doesn't work for me. I can see the video and the buttons (capture etc) but when
i
click on Capture i get the above message and the image does not appear as it
should
have been.

Anybody out there who knows the cure, highly appreciated!

Thanks,

Jibs

guys guys google never makes mistakes:

sorry for the last message stupidly i was directly opening the test.html file
instead
of opening it through localhost which now works wonders now.

I'm getting this error on my server after taking the snapshot:

Error #2044: Unhandled ioError:. text=Error #2032: Stream Error. URL: test.php
    at Webcam/upload()
    at Webcam/snap2()
    at Function/http://adobe.com/AS3/2006/builtin::apply()
    at SetIntervalTimer/onTimer()
    at flash.utils::Timer/_timerDispatch()
    at flash.utils::Timer/tick()

No problems using the script at localhost, and no problems using the test page.

Looks like setting folder permissions to 755 fixed my Stream Error.

I found temporary solution. Add
"this.loaded = true;" before it check in "get_movie" function in "webcam.js".
This may entail the consequences but i didn`t find other solution.
