Tripbot PM functionality

When you message the bot it will respond:

"Hey! I'm Tripbot, Tripsit's helper bot. How can I help?"

I need a tripsitter

If the user is on the guild it does the /tripsitme command If the user is off the guild it links to tripsit discord

• Anonymous in that the message is sent to #teamtripsit without saying who said it, but we still have a record of who sent it in case they're abusing it. Only moonbear will have access to who sent it and they wont bother to check unless there's an issue.
