Update /leaderboard options #650

Edit options so that "Voice" is included in the category option and remove the "type" option to make the options more intuitive

@Hipperooni Is this still a request? If so i'd like some more detail please. I mentioned on discord that right now /leaderboard will return a combination of text/voice experience, and if you want to see specifically voice or text for a specific category you can use the options for that. Is there anything else needed?
