Add discouragement to breaking the counting channel

Add some record-keeping and perhaps a timeout to people who consistently break the combo cuz it's annoying that we can't have nice things without people intentionally ruining them.

The point of the game is to count and have people eventually steal the pot, correct? I imagine this may have changed a fair bit since this issue as I see Hipp talking about it in late February.

Are you wanting to essentially keep the same person from consistently breaking the pot that way others have a chance and aren't encouraged to break it really earlier because of one person?

Basically yeah: We've had people who will just come in and ruin the game just to ruin it. I get the point of the token game is to steal the tokens sometimes, but when it happens every day by the same person before it even hits a 4 people playing, that's not fun

It may be as simple as "you can't break the combo twice in a row" or "each time you break the combo you get an increasingly larger timeout", im open to ideas
