Look into bot randomly sending welcome messages

Seems to happen completely randomly or sometimes triggered by someone adding/removing completely unrelated roles

I've built a system that does a few things:

• If a user's account is old enough it will automatically apply the Verified role on them
• If a user's account is not old enough, they will need to verify with Double Detector, which will apply the Verified role on them
• When the Verified role is applied on a user, it does a function:
• If the user joined in the past day, and the "trusted" flag isn't set in the database, send a message to lounge
• If the user joined in the past day, and the "trusted" falg is already set, dont send any message
• If the user joined longer than a day ago, dont send any message

These failsafe should make it so that only accounts that join today, and only when they join the first time will they be greeted

There's still an issue where random accounts are given the Verified role, even when the accounts have been inactive for months, no idea what's going on there
