Add required python modules to README, more details regarding Chrome

Python modules jinja2 and requests are required to run combogen. Added a line on how to install them using pip.
Fixed the name of Google's Chrome's binary to google-chrome

Chrome doesn't need to be installed on macOS 13.4 (22F66) and possibly other operating systems. Added copy to explain that.

Some cleanup, formatting, and added links.

Added a hint on where to change the chart's text.
