Should be moved #5

This repo's contents should be moved to: https://github.com/reality/dbot/tree/master/modules so that the help command can work.

I assume it's here because the module is specific for TripSit. We consider replacing the ~help outputs in tripbot with links to https://wiki.tripsit.me/wiki/List_of_IRC_bot_commands for simplicity.
