This PR add a custom block content type that will allow for contents to be placed in the main content region and themed as shown in the screenshot below.
To Test:
Upon install, the the companion module will create a content block type: Tripal Cultivate Theme Main Content Block
Click link to load form entry. The form will require 2 articles which will be laid out side by side in the main content area. Content body supports image upload in the same field where content summary text is entered.
Adjust image placement by clicking the image and select image positioning.
