Description

As a user, I want to be able to create an account on the prediction market platform.

Acceptance criteria

[ ] A user registration form is provided.
[ ] The registration form includes fields for username, email, and password.
[ ] The platform validates the uniqueness of the email address.
[ ] Upon successful registration, the user is redirected to the login page.
