As a prediction market platform, I want to integrate with Chainlink Oracles to gather accurate and trustworthy data for political events.

Acceptance criteria

• [ ] Chainlink Oracles are integrated into the platform's backend system.
• [ ] The platform uses Chainlink APIs to fetch relevant data for political events (e.g., election results, voter turnout).
• [ ] The platform verifies the authenticity of the fetched data using Chainlink Oracles.
• [ ] If the fetched data is deemed authentic, it is displayed as the final outcome of the prediction market.
• [ ] The prediction market is automatically settled and payouts are distributed based on the final outcome.
