Swerve modules occasionally lose encoder offset #172

Seems to occur whenever switching to a different DS laptop

Workaround After switching to a different DS laptop, manually realign the swerve modules

Issue didn't repeat after fixing break in the can bus that was found at the module that was having problems.

Suspect that the issue was unrelated to switching the DS, a red herring.
