[ ] Configure coprocessors with correct apriltag layout json, enable streaming vision measurement to NT, and any other settings
[ ] Mount cameras, coprocessors to robot
[ ] Measure robot->camera transform and add to Constants
[ ] Get vision measurement from NT and add it to pose estimate
[ ] Filter out bad vision measurements before they are added to pose estimate
