Database Schema #27

What entities will be in the database, how will they relate, what attributes will they have?

How will roles work? How will teams work? Visibility of resources?

Currently being discussed in TripleParity/docks/pull/7. Not sure why I made the branch and PR there. Probably because docks contains system architecture documentation.
